"Fan-fucking-tastic!" Tori said the words only loud enough for the woman in front of her to hear, since she didn't want to attract anymore god damn fiends or whatever that wanted to kill them. "You take me out of a war zone and into a fucking desert. You better know where you're going because if we end up lost and I start seeing mirages it's your head." Not the best threat she ever dished out but it got the point across. The stress was piling up and unfortunately for little Zira she would be the woman's means to relieve some of that frustration she was having about, well everything.
"Look I don't need much. Just take me to the nearest town or whatever where I can get a ship so I can get back to Jherrazad. Please tell me you at least know where Jherrazad is." Tori was able to find this continent on a map but she never ventured outside the continent of Jherra until now and Tori couldn't remember the map of Atillia , been too long since she saw it. "How much fire you have left in the tank there," asked Tori pointing to Zira's flamethrower. "You good?"

Bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch. It was becoming a registered trademark of this woman. Zira looked at the flamethrower in her right hand, no better not. Despite Tori's potty mouth and bad attitude she was still the closest thing she had to a companion and it was better than being out of her home all alone. Zira nodded when Tori asked if she knew where she was going, and nodded again when she asked about the flamethrower. Zira had enough if another battle erupted but hopefully they could avoid more fights than not out here. Fallon Square was the safest place to be right now. Maybe somebody there could help this woman get back home.

Well she was surprisingly calm in spite of everything that transpired back in Jerico. Wonder what her secret was. Not to mention what her name was. "Right then lead the way Miss... you know I have no idea what to call you and I'm guessing I'll have to invent a name for you since you lack the ability to talk. Unless you want to write your name in the---" Tori got sidetracked by the sudden camel spider minding its own business. It didn't even stand a chance as Tori drew both her guns and blew the thing straight to hell with bullet after bullet, having the eyes of a crazy lady and looking ready to cry as the thing was just a bloodied mess on the sand now.
The spider, any spider, reminded her of the Spider Queen and it took her straight back to that night in her dungeons where she was violated in more ways than she thought physically possible. Realizing where she was and who she was with Tori brought herself out of it again, putting her guns away and wiping out those would-be tears of hers before Zira could get a good look at her. Damn. She wasted ammo.

Zira turned around in time to witness Tori go insane over a passing camel spider and covered her ears to the gunshots. Zira liked spiders about as much as the next girl but there was no need to kill the thing so violently. Clearly there was something more to this than a simple dislike of spiders as Zira slowly approached the troubled woman and laid a hand on her shoulder. It was the only way Zira knew how to comfort anyone.

Once the hand made contact with the skin of Tori she didn't think, she acted. Grabbing the wrist of Zira Tori would flip her around onto her back (Approved by Zira) against the sand and hold her arm in place. Realizing what she just did Tori looked at Zira in shock, quickly removing her hands from Zira's wrist and helping her up. "I--I'm sorry! Just please don't touch me I can't explain it just--- don't."

Zira's eyes widened as she felt Tori's hand grab her wrist and then fling her through the air! Her back would hit the sand hard as she looked up in fear while her companion had her arm in a death lock. Luckily the woman came to her senses and help lift her up to her feet and apologized. Finding her weapon which have fallen to the ground after that sudden attack Zira picked up the flamethrower and dusted it off. If Zira wasn't already speechless she'd be speechless.

"I'm sorry. You must think I'm some kind of nut." Tori ran a hand over her face as she turned around. Now was not the time to be losing her cool. They were out in the middle of a desert and Tori had no idea what was in stored for them beyond the horizon. Hopefully they wouldn't have to deal with anymore of those soldiers from back in Jerico but Tori knew those were just grunts. That meant there were worse things waiting for them that sooner or later they would cross paths with. No point in worrying about that now though. "I'm Tori by the way. Commander Tori Jacobs." Tori turned around and lent out her hand to shake Zira. It was her way of trying to make up from before, by showing kindness for once.

She thought you was a crazy bitch but that was aside the point right now. Zira listened when the woman introduced herself, a bit surprised to hear Commander in there then again the way she handled herself back in Jerico, should be no surprise. Zira shook Tori's hand and then began walking again, heading in the direction she knew Fallon Square was motioning for the Commander to follow.

Tori followed. Not like she had many options available to her right now. "So what should I call you? Sergent Sparkles?" Tori kept walking, minding her surroundings as she did it. They were coming up to one of the many ruined cities around here, the sky made dark thanks to the clouds in the sky. Something moved out the corner of her eye as Tori spun and drew one .40S&W from her hoists and pointed it in the direction she saw the movement. "We're not alone."

As soon as Tori said those words Zira heard the sounds of guns being cocked as they were now surrounded by armed refuges, possibly raiders, who now had them both held at gunpoint. "This is our site!" said one of the men. "You can't have it!" Oh great after everything the two have gone through this was the last thing they needed. "Put down your weapons!" said another man. Zira looked over to Tori to see what they should do.

Ugh. Tori was not in the mood for this. This is our site! You can't have it! "We don't want it we're only passing through." Put down your weapons! "Put down yours." The men held their ground and the man that have spoke moved forward with his gun aimed at her head. They were old looking weapons but they obviously still worked if they had balls to aim them. Seeing Zira look in her direction Tori whispered, "Duck."
Tori held out the .40S&W they clearly saw in her hand to her side, dropping the weapon but she quickly drew the second and did a revolver style spin, firing off the .40 bullets aiming for their weapons, successfully disarming each man by the time the spin was finished. "Toast anyone who goes for their weapons, Sparks." Tori wasn't playing games.

Zira ducked down as soon as Tori said it, holding onto her ears as the shots fired, ringing across the surrounding area as the sound of weapons falling to the ground soon followed. Some of the refuges were holding onto their hands as the others backed away. Hearing Tori's next order Zira stood up straight and held up the flamethrower towards the group. They were close-close but if they went for their weapons they would be in close enough range to be touched by the flames. "You bitch!" yelled out the leader. "I'll rape you up the ass, slut!" How can anyone act tough when they're losing?

Tori's eyes darkened, narrowing over the man who made the mistake of saying the R word. Rational and good judgment was clouded, mental flashes of that night in the dungeons came swimming back and the man was about to regret his choice of words as Tori snapped, pulling back on the trigger of her gun and unloading up to six shots into the chest of the man as he fell back into the ground, dead. Tori bent down and grabbed the pistol she dropped as she looked over to the others. "Does anybody else want to rape me up the ass!?" At that the men ran off, abandoning their weapons in favor of their lives.

It was on the request of an innocent back in Fallon Square that she was on the task she was now. An elderly woman have informed Alexis that her son was hiding out in one of the ruined cities in The Dune Sea and begged her to search for him. Alexis heart was too big to decline the request so here she was, hiking through The Dune Sea for what felt like the one hundredth time and coming to one of the ruined towns. Just in time to hear gunshots in the distance. Alert Alexis ran forward, running right pass the group of men running for their lives as Alexis stopped at the scene. Seeing the two women and the dead man on the ground across from them, her eyes then falling on the gun that must have took the man's life.
"What have you done?"

Oh god. Oh god. She killed him. Tori killed him in cold blood when he was unarmed. Sure what he said was stupid but Zira didn't agree with the reasoning Tori killed him for. Zira Firestone ran over to the body and knelt down on one knee looking the man over. He was as good as dead, there was nothing she could have done for him. Zira heard another voice and turned her head to see the blond now facing Tori. Great.
