His attention quickly shifted back to Vetis, he was way to close for comfort and Daikus had to act fast. No time to think, he just acted... He pounced into the air, flipping over Vetis and using his back as a spring board to launch him towards the archer. Leaving Vetis to bare the condemning assault of the arrow heads that were converging on his prior location, which Vetis was at now. The prime objective was to take out the archer first. It would make shit a hell of a lot more easier for Daikus in the long run if Syrun was disposed of. Less to worry about.
Rebellion was placed on his back, A red platform morphing under his feet which he used to give him a boost as he shot like a bullet towards Syrun, drawing his 55 Cal. Handguns Valor and Pride and unleashing a torrent of ammunition at the archer.

The Monk stopped and slashed his blade in a long circular motion releasing pressure that split the arrows around him. And all at once he launched himself in the air with the arrows releasing their energy beneath him exploding sky rocketing him faster than Daikus's jump.
Before the Hybrid would know it he was once again being hounded by the monk from over head. And what the Merjutsu style commands as its final move was unleashed over Daikus's head dropping a pure pressurized attack on him.

How Daikus had ever managed to outmaneuver both him and Vetis, Syrün didn’t know. One thing was certain however, and it was that the devil was drawing close – dangerously close to him… but that was before he even heard a gunshot. Instinctively, Syrün loosened the grasp on his bow in an effort to draw his own sword, although failed before a few well-placed shots lodged themselves in his gut and thighs, effectively dropping him to a knee.
Holding himself up with one hand, the Abyss Lieutenant watched as Vetis came like a lightning bolt from the sky...

He had only a second react to Vetis' sudden appearance above him, his eyes glanced up for just a moment before he threw his body to the left in a hard roll. He had managed to dodge the attack but now he needed to counter quickly, He put rebellion in front of him, flat side facing Vetis, the blade itself was an an angled with the tip pointing to the ground, and him slightly kneeling.
With his sword in the angle he got into position and ran up on Vetis, he lunged forward with his feet smashing the flat side of the blade into his foe. This was a means to get him off guard, a feint almost as he jumped back and unleash four menacing drivers. The power he put into his jump landed him right behind the archer... Exactly where he wanted to be as fully demonic powered stinger launched into a millionstab.

Vetis landed on his feet and looked forward, his blade came up but not in time to avoid getting tossed backwards by the flat side of the rebellion. For the first time he was on the defense and his blade struck the first drive away easily, but the second crashed into his left arm, and the third hit him in the stomach splitting a nice gash. The fourth he swat aside.
The Assassin of the Abyss looked to his left arm seeing it actually hanging by a piece of bone and a few tendons. He looked up and saw Daikus go for the archer and knew he had time. Vetis placed his sword at the bone and kneeled forward onto his elbow and in one swift motion he broke his arm from his body and the green flames cauterized the wound. He had nearly built enough energy. Only a matter of time now.

With his attention focused on Vetis, Syrün took the importunity to access the situation; he was wounded, but able – whilst the enemy seemed to have taken the fight up a notch ever since that weapon had come in his hand. What was he exactly? The man almost fought like an Ajerian despite holding no similarities to any he had encountered before. The vicious riposte launched against Vetis snapped him back to reality – sword in hand, and with little time to ponder on the matter, Syrün followed Daikus’ movement until he broke out into Stinger. The maneuver was lightning fast, but the linear trajectory of the hybrid’s blade was easily avoided by shifting his weight into a sidestep… leaving in his stead all of his remaining arrows, who took in the devil’s volatile explosive energy.

Just as Syrun maneuvered out of the way, making the arrows take the blunt of the demonic power, they were going to explode and he needed to quickly figure out something that would counter. The million stab stopped, the explosion came and Daikus' reflexes took over turning the blade to where the flat part of it faced the explosion and began to twirl it at high speeds in a prop shredder that acted like a shield as it was being spun in the opposite way that was the usual to create a kind of fan that pushed away the volatile attack that was looking to do him in. The force of the explosion did push him back but the flames were subdued and pushed away from him towards his opponents.
"C'mon whats wrong? I step up my game a bit and you guys can't keep up all of a sudden?"

Vetis ignored his quip and continued to focus energy on himself. His blade sunk into the ground and he kneeled down and rested his head against the hilt of his weapon. The green flames engulfed him and the blade, "xian ya wo chun."

Syrün was also thinking ahead of the game, and took the momentum of the explosion to spear his blade towards Daikus’ mid-section as the devil was being pushed back towards him due to the force of the blast.

He dropped low and put his blade above his back in case the archer decided to change the trajectory of the blade, managing to by-pass the blade and roughly kicked towards the archer's knee before pulling one of his out and aiming out of the corner of his right and over his shoulder. He pulled the trigger.

Before long, Vetis stood up completely engulfed in the flames. The outline of his body could only be seen from within. He walked forward and pulled his blade free from the ground and advanced on the Hybrid and the archer. It was winding down to the final blow, the Hybrid just didn't know it yet.

Another failed attack! The realisation struck him just at the same time that Daikus lodged a hard blow into his wounded leg, pulling him in for a deadly shot to the head. The gunshot resonated with an earth-shattering dissonance in the archer’s ears, before his head whipped back from the sudden force that had struck him.
The sword left Syrün’s hand.
Pieces of metal and cloth flew in every direction, revealing threads of long silky black hair and fair porcelain features – the Abyss’ lieutenant’s mask had saved his life. Yet all he could see were the green flames… A jolt traversed him, snapping his senses back into full alert. In that instant, Syrün did the only thing he could; in one vicious stroke he grabbed unto the hybrid, locking his arms under those of his adversary whilst pushing down on the back of his head with all his remaining strength.

"You cheating bastard!" He was caught in a hammer lock, and with Vetis slowly approaching he needed to act quickly. With the way he was pushing Daikus' head down, it applied most of the force to the push, which left Daikus with the maneuverability to sway from side to side. If he had pulled back instead, the final last ditch effort might have worked for the Archer.
But Daikus took full advantage of this, stepping his left foot wide to his left side and swaying hard enough to be pushed down to where his arms were able to swing before he plunged his index and middle finger into one of the gunshot wounds in his opponent's leg. Hopefully the shock of that kind of pain would be enough to break the lock and Daikus could counter by Judo tossing him into Vetis.

Syrün’s eyes flared with a deep red shine before the pain forced a gut-wrenching howl from his lungs. Instinctively, the Abyss Lieutenant bared his fangs before biting down on the devil’s exposed neck – ensuring no matter what that he would never let go.

The Monk continued to move forward engulfed by the green flames. He was close, the heat from said flames could be felt while the ground itself seemed to boil.
