An original plot and idea forged from several great minds within the Sagas role playing community and the Dead Sight Project. I'd like to introduce to everyone, the Ajerian wars.

We present to everyone a revolving and never ending plot cycle. Where one plot closes another opens continuing a flow within the forum.
There's many interactive people posting on the forum, and we have a 'FUBAR' system in state. To sum up the FUBAR system, The World Master has the ability to infiltrate your thread if he see's things going on within your thread such as Overpowered characters, infraction of the rules, mary sues, etc. He will then place it upon himself to present that person with a challenge.
If said challenge is finished fairly, then that character is awarded an artifact of some kind. These challenges are called FUBAR for a reason though. They're utterly not fair, and put in place as a way of 'disciplining'. Full Plot: (Written by: Arix, Cyris, and Adena)
Eight hundred thousand years ago. A great purge occurred. The humans were thought extinct as demonkin, slaves of the humans, took command of a world they knew nothing of. With memories wiped of past lives, the demonkin came to worship the humans as gods, and the world left behind was a blessing from them.
Through these years many wars were fought to try and find common ground. But eventually the humans returned to the land wiped away by the purge. Three factions of these humans came across the land masses of Argil, each one unique in some kind of way, each one taking the lands back swiftly.
To the West, the demons opened a cryo prison, and so the humans whom call themselves the Damned came to power. With chemicals in their bodies to stop cryo diseases they became immune to many things over time. Their bodies were known to adapt to any situation. But over hundreds of thousands years the Damned race became neigh but an honor to stand amongst, a faction known as the Remnant of the Damned stands in its place and leads the lands of the west.
To the East, the Attillian race. Seen mostly as giants, averaging roughly at 6'3" to 7' in average height. They were a creation of the humans from before, the perfect warriors, an army that easily swept over the Eastern lands and took power from the Demonkin. But they were soon rivaled against the Ajerian race whom pushed them back in war.
Around the time of the war, the Ysabellian race of humans rose to power in the southern lands. Also doing battle against the Ajerians, they were far more intellectual, and fought with guns and technology. These humans took the lands until the Ajerian elites returned home. A war amongst them and eventually the Ysabellians were pushed back to their last refuge. By then, the Attillians came to their aid. When the war ended, the southern land of Castillia had two names, Castillia and Attillia.
A couple hundred thousand years later, the Judgment were presented a child who would lead them to great glories. His name was Arix. And he would become known as the greatest warrior in history. He was bound to the Judgment known as Alvion, and became Ajerian through said process.
The Abyss army had rose in the Western lands and he faced it in leadership of both the Ajerians and the Remnant of the Damned. Arix fought the Abyss back to their entrance wound and defeated one of his greatest foes. His story would be heard for thousands of years until five thousand years later.
A being known as the Inanis presented himself on the lands. He and Arix did battle for seven days, they reshaped the landscapes and eventually Inanis consumed most of Arix's energy and ripped his soul in half. The legend of Arix would be told for the next five thousand years, where we stand today...
Circa 2 A.E. Abyss Era “As the war on one front occurred, the first year was a slaughter fest. The human combatants were nothing for the abyss threat. We stand in small numbers, but they are afraid of us. We are Judgment. We are Ajerians,” she is the resistance leader, Cyris Darkbroode. A tactical genius, and an anomaly amongst the Ajerian people. Her pizzazz is the manipulation of all around her, energy, flesh, stone, air. Her soul is twisted with the soul of Edion, one of the five ancient Ajerians.
“They will not fight us head on, because they know we are legion,” she paused and surveyed the mixed crowd of humanoids. A lot of what stood before her was cloaked, the faces under the cloak almost mask like. Amongst them though stood other anomalies, others like her, humans with Ajerian souls, “Arix stood against the Abyss army tens of thousands of years ago, he stomped them into the ground and back to the underworld. He stood with a hundred Kin, we stand with thousands!”
The crowd roared their approval, “We will fight! We will win this war!”
…
And so she may be right. . .
…
As the battle field cleared of dust Cyris stood in the sea of combatants. She was weaponless and alone as those around her spread blood amongst one another. From the depths of the dark sky itself landed a figure beside her, Alex Diederich, her second, and her personal body guard. In his descent came the slaying of the Abyss around them with simple throwing knives. They looked forward at the being known as the Keeper.
The Keeper was, as his name implied, the keeper of every soul in the Abyss. He simply had to scratch a name off the list and that soldier would die. He was the power of the Abyss while the Shackled Lord was tamed. Cyris made her way through the crowd parting it with sheer willpower. By fate, the Keeper advanced on them. Full circle they met, the willpower of the two made a dome of energy which none could enter, Alex stood on the outside rim watching Cyris like a hawk.
“DARKBROODE,” boomed the echoing voice of the Keeper.
“Be'lakor,” she replied.
The Keeper stood nearly 9 foot tall, where as Cyris was only 5’2”. He looked down on her, yet her gaze was constant and fierce, the battle of wills had commenced. The Keepers staff twisted around and collided with the ground, the shockwave would of knocked her from her feet and shredded her skin, but she was already airborne. Her energy pounded on the husk of the Keeper dropping him to a knee.
She landed on her toes behind him and ran up his back, her feet on his shoulder she twisted his neck left hard, then with every inch of energy she snapped his neck in a ridged explosion that destroyed the dome. As the Keeper collided with the ground she continued to clutch the skull between her hands her foot still on his shoulder she pulled his spine and head from his body. There was awe amongst the crowd. The hand of the Abyss had fallen, their binds were broken to the army, they could escape…
Cackling, the smoke shifted, green eyes stared through the haze, “And so the grudge match has ended. The leader of a broken army, and the Quasi leader of the largest demon army known to mankind has ended in a fatality.” It was the shackled lord.
“Amon,” Cyris said, her eyes locked onto his as he walked into the clearing. His shackles were missing. As he came full face with her the dome once again reformed with his will connecting to hers.
“So you can hear my thoughts,” Amon smiled, “The Keeper shackled me long ago in order to retain the power of the Army, without my ties he knew I would be too strong for any to face. Even the renowned Cyris Darkrboode.” With his statement he raised his hand and Cyris was lifted off her feet, “Fear not the darkness.” He clenched his hand, Cyris was hunched forward with her bones cracking, her mouth opened and gasped, “but welcome-”
Cut short, a blade flew past, impaling itself into the ground. Amons arm was rendered from his body. The blade was Umbra. “Non temete l'oscurità, accettate il suo abbraccio.” The hooded figure ate away at the barrier, the entire area went cold and lifeless. The tree’s and grass had wilted to nothing but rot. Cyris didn’t brace her landing and had fallen on her stomach, her body ached.
Amon looked at the darkened figure, “That’s impossible, no other but she could have the power to eat away at my barrier.”
The lifeless voice spoke out one again in reply, this time in a different language, “Laa shay'a waqi'un moutlaq bale kouloun moumkine.” Amon formed the darkest of his rituals in his hands creating a blood orb and released it for the inane target. A colossal explosion rippled the ground, Alex stood his ground with his sword bracing him, most of the army was rocked, many tumbling over. Cyris rolled, her eyes still on the target, wide. The explosion simultaneously collapsed as soon as it plumed, falling in on the target and rendered into that of which it came, energy.
The dark figure stood unharmed. “Usstan tlun Inanis.”
Every bit of energy around him suddenly sunk into nothing. Cyris and Amon both moved away quickly, the Abyss moved in on the dark figure and before they could touch him their life force was wiped away by the anomaly that was occurring.
“Retreat!” Amon and Cyris both said at once, where the man stood was now a black orb rotating and drawing in the energy of everyone around them.
Amon caught Cyris’s eye, “Another day Darkbroode!” She simply nodded and they split paths. The war had began.
